About Sarah

I qualified with a first-class Honour’s Degree in Acupuncture and licence to practice Acupuncture, from the renowned College of Traditional Acupuncture, Hatton. I was very fortunate to complete my 3-year degree at this prestigious college. Which was founded by Professor JR Worsley in 1956.

Eden Acupuncture was established in 2009.

I have two Clinics that I work from,

~ Henley-in-Arden which is a specifically designed treatment room at my home.

~ Wellbeing Centre in Brails, where I work as part of the Posture & Poise team.

Since 2009 when Eden Acupuncture was established, the heart of my practice has been to improve and maintain my patient’s health, to be the best they can be.

Over the years I have treated a wide range of conditions with a special interest in the whole spectrum of mental health conditions and chronic illness such as, Lyme disease, fibromyalgia, Post viral fatigue and Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/ Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS).

I undertake continued professional development training each year as required by my registration to the British acupuncture council. Which ensures a high standard of training, professionalism, and safety protocols. As overseen by the Professional Standards Authority Accredited Register. I am also a member of the British Acupuncture Council for over 10 years.

In 1955 JR Worsley was awarded the title of “Master”

He is credited with bringing Five-Element Acupuncture to the UK in 1956 on his returned to Britain and founded the College of Traditional Acupuncture in  Warwickshire. This was followed by the setting up of a number of institutes in America, including, in 1988, the Worsley Institute of Classical Acupuncture in Miami, Florida.
